Our History
Founded in 2006 by highly regarded addiction medicine specialists, Symetria Recovery® is an outpatient addiction treatment provider headquartered in Naperville, Illinois. We specialize in treating opioid use disorder (OUD) through a comprehensive approach known as The Symetria Method®, which integrates medication-assisted treatment (MAT), psychiatry, and behavioral counseling within a single outpatient setting.
Symetria Recovery initially operated under the names Soft Landing Recovery and Symetria Health; however, the company rebranded to Symetria Recovery as it expanded its services. Starting in Naperville, Illinois, Symetria expanded throughout the Chicagoland area before extending its reach to Texas. As of 2025, Symetria operates 13 clinics across both Illinois and Texas and has plans to further grow in the near future.
